Existen tres formas principales: <\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retenci\u00f3n en agua: Los tallos de lino se remojan en agua durante varias semanas para permitir que los microorganismos descompongan el material vegetal.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retenci\u00f3n del roc\u00edo: Los tallos se tienden en los campos durante semanas, confiando en el roc\u00edo natural y la humedad para separar las fibras.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retintado qu\u00edmico: Se utilizan tratamientos qu\u00edmicos para acelerar el proceso, aunque este m\u00e9todo produce fibras de menor calidad y es menos respetuoso con el medio ambiente.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>3- Scutching:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  El espadillado se refiere a la limpieza y refinado de las fibras mediante el batido del material le\u00f1oso restante. Consiste en: <\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ruptura: Los tallos secos se rompen en trozos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espadillado: Los tallos triturados se golpean para liberar las fibras largas y de alta calidad.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>4- Abucheos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  El peinado alinea y separa las fibras largas de las m\u00e1s cortas. Las fibras se peinan a trav\u00e9s de p\u00faas de densidad variable para eliminar las impurezas y garantizar que s\u00f3lo se seleccionan las fibras m\u00e1s finas para la hilatura. <\/span><\/p><p><b>5- Cardado y calado:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  El proceso de cardado mezcla las fibras en una hebra continua, y el estiraje alinea y endereza las fibras. Este proceso garantiza la uniformidad y prepara las fibras para la hilatura. <\/span><\/p><p><b>6- Dibujo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  El estiraje alinea y mejora la consistencia del hilo al juntar las hebras resultantes del proceso de estiraje y cardado. El proceso se repite varias veces hasta conseguir el grosor y la calidad deseados. <\/span><\/p><p><b>7- Hilado:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  La hilatura es el proceso de convertir las astillas de fibra en hilos. Existen tres m\u00e9todos: <\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hilatura en seco: No se utiliza ning\u00fan l\u00edquido.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hilatura semih\u00fameda: El agua se introduce en etapas espec\u00edficas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hilatura h\u00fameda: El hilo se sumerge en un ba\u00f1o l\u00edquido durante la torsi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>8- Tejido y acabado:<\/b> El tejido entrelaza los hilos para hacer tela de lino.
